Balsamic-Garlic Crusted Pork Chops
These pork chops came out better than any pork chops I’ve ever made.
Balsamic-Garlic Crusted Pork Chops
Adapted from Kitchen Confidante
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2-1/2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 pork chops, 1/2″ thick
Combine garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl. Rub the paste all over pork. Grill chops for about 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
I dipped mine in Greek Yogurt Dip and it was amazing!
